Darnall Loomis Dr. Bristol Snaffle Bit

The Dr. Bristol snaffle mouth, unlike the traditional snaffle, is joined in the middle with a small ring.  This helps to ensure the breaking point is exactly in the center of the bit and the pressure will be even on both sides of the mouth.  The cold steel construction is designed to rust creating a "sweet" pleasant taste.  Features 8", black Loomis shanks with hand engraved Sterling Silver trim, 5", Dr Bristol Snaffle with inlaid copper bars.
