SHIPPING, RETURNS, EXCHANGES &
We currently offer a flat $10.00 shipping rate within the United States. If your order is $100.00 or more, we offer free shipping within the United States.
All products will be shipped either through U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Therefore, we can only ship to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes please.
We currently only ship within the United States. We will be offering shipping to Canada at a later date.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
AT-Horsehardwear is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will replace or refund a damaged or manufacturer defective product within 30 days of purchase.
If it is necessary that you return your purchase it must be sent back with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Sale items may only be returned if defective when received and a store credit will be given. Otherwise, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email us to receive instructions on returning or exchanging your purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
BIT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Bits will only be exchanged or refunded if it is damaged when you receive it. If the wrong bit was ordered, we will exchange only. Any bit returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unused with the original tags attached.
